Mr. Ahmed Bin Khalaf Al Otaiba - Chairman

Otaiba group of companies are pioneer in oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
He has been associated with National Bank of Abu Dhabi and currently the chairman of Siraj Finance, adjudged as the “Best upcoming Financial Institution”.
Chairman of Abu Dhabi National Islamic Finance Company and Vice chairman of Abu Dhabi National Properties.
Director in Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company PSC.
Board Member in National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels and Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council

Mr. Syed Mohammed Bukhari - Vice Chairman

Held Board positions in US$6.5 Billion in Middle East based company.
Board member of Crescent University and Director of the Chennai-based CMC Maritime Academy.
Board member of Cars India – Dealer India’s No 1 car manufacturer.
Significant investment interests in India spans real estate, construction and retail.
Board member of various universities, schools and charitable trusts across geographies and a philanthropist by nature and practice.

Mr. Khadeer Peer Shariff S S - CEO & Executive Director

Worked in Fortune 250 companies and large corporate houses including the TATA group, ICICI infotech etc.
An Inventor with patents applied in Banking Security Automation,.
Launched world’s first Motor Bike ATM, India’s first desktop ATM and extensive experience in managing billions of financial transaction spread across 600,000 locations.

Mr. Mohamed Rusan Fyroze - Board Member

Rusan is a senior thought leader with 25 years of banking and financial services experience in Retail, SME, Corporate, Wealth Management and Insurance Management.
He has been a successful business leader, entrepreneur and has managed P&L in Mid-size Corporations.
Rusan is a reputed public speaker and a people person with quick decision-making and communication skills.

Within 3 years of operation made the company as one of the Top facilities management company in UAE with more than 38 running contracts.
International experience along with excellent business connections in UAE winning contracts from Aston Martin, IKEA Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s iconic tower Rihan Heights.

Mr. Bikash Ranjan Giri - Board Member

Bikash Rajan Giri is a successful senior business leader in the UAE. Bikash Rajan Giri has over 30 years of experience in the Power, Manufacturing and Telecommunication sectors.
Bikash Rajan Giri has been the Board Member of Siraj Finance PJSC since 2016.
Currently Bikash Rajan Giri is also the Managing Director of Intelligent Telecommunication Systems as well as the Managing Director Scott Power Corporation LLC & Jazeera Emirates Power.
